He brings over 24 years of combined automotive industry and validation experience spanning vehicle performance evaluation, durability validation, and development support across multiple vehicle classes and global OEM programs. His industry exposure has provided him with strong practical insight into engineering development expectations, enabling effective alignment between validation strategies and real-world product requirements.
His technical expertise encompasses the complete vehicle development lifecycle structured around the V-model, including Design Verification Planning (DVP), benchmarking, advanced test driving, instrumentation development, and vehicle-level validation for both ICE and electric platforms. He has authored multiple SAE technical paper.
Mr. Vishe has led and supported diverse national and international projects involving vehicle performance and durability validation, ADAS assessment initiatives, and simulation-supported validation and correlation programs integrating physical and virtual testing environments.
His work also includes strategic benchmarking, advanced mobility evaluation programs, and planning of validation infrastructure, contributing to capability enhancement for emerging mobility technologies.
He holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Telecommunication and is certified as a Cybersecurity Specialist by TÜV Rheinland and Project Management Professional (PMP) by PMI, USA.
